If you lost all of your natural teeth due to gum disease, tooth decay, injury, or a variety of other reasons, dentures can help you restore the appearance and function of your smile. It’s easy to take teeth for granted, that is, until you lose them. Luckily, these removable appliances look just like your natural teeth and helps restore your ability to eat and speak with the utmost ease.

Dentures are removable replacements for missing teeth and surrounding tissues. There are two kinds of dentures: complete and partial. Complete dentures are used when all are your teeth are missing. Meanwhile partial dentures are used when you still have some of your natural.  We have both available, so you can choose which one fits your exact needs.

If you decide that dentures are right for you, here are some tips to help you take care of them:

  • Try your best to stand over a folded towel or a basin of water when handling your dentures. Dentures are delicate and can break if they are accidentally dropped.
  • Brush your dentures daily to remove food deposits and help prevent them from becoming stained.
  • Place your dentures in a soaking solution or plain water when you’re not using them to prevent them from drying out.
  • Come and visit us if your dentures ever break, crack, chip, or become loose. Trying to fix them yourself can cause damage beyond repair, and we would hate for that to happen.
